We've been talking about this a lot at LeadMailbox lately.

With all the new AI tools coming out, it's easy to think the answer is just adding one more platform. Another CRM, another automation, another AI tool. But most of the issues we see don't actually come down to technology.

They're usually about basics. Who owns the lead, how fast someone responds, and whether there's a real follow-up process once the first message goes out. We've seen teams with pretty simple setups outperform teams with way more tech, just because they stay consistent and don't let leads fall through the cracks.

AI helps. Tools help. They just don't replace the fundamentals.

Curious how others are thinking about this. What's been harder for your team lately, tools or process?
